To whom it may concern, I would like to take a minute to give your company praise for the customer satisfaction and work performed for me this morning. Last night while locking everything up before bed, I closed the garage door and in doing so I pretty much tore the door off the tracks. I won’t get into how I did it but I think there were 3 rollers holding this door up. I then grabbed the biggest hammer I could find, stood there looking at this twisted mess, and then realized this wasn’t a job for me or my hammer. So the next morning I call your company and got a receptionist who was very courteous and professional, she took my information and told me they would work me in somehow during the day because they were booked solid, which was very good news to me. It wasn’t about 1.5 hours later Rob shows up to my house. I would like to tell whomever that they have a great asset with Rob. He has an exceptional customer service attitude that you expect but most of the time you don’t get with stuff like this. I was fearful he would see my twisted mess and try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need or charge me an arm and a leg. I think he was a little pessimistic that he could even get this working again but was willing to try and do the right thing; fix it if he could rather than replace. He demonstrated a commitment to excellence at all times while bending it all back together. While working this he was very good at giving me information and instructions on preventative maintenance on my door. Kudos to Rob on a job well done! Because of the service received from Overhead, I will use you for all my door needs and refer anyone I know that needs a new or repaired door. The repair was completed by 2:40 p.m. on the same day, by Jordan. The professional level and timeliness of service your firm has provided is fantastic….and Jordan is truly stellar. I had no idea that I had a chance of getting my garage door fixed on the same day that I called….let alone a Saturday!! Not only did he replace the spring, but he also isolated a bad roller that I did not know about and replaced it as well. My project was addressed by a competent salesman who paid attention to my needs and desires. Special scheduling, by my request, was arranged by Overheads service rep to my satisfaction. The quality of materials installed in my project was what I expected. What exceeded my expectations was the installation and the installer, Allen. Allen had all the materials needed for my installation on his truck. He had all the tools needed for my project installation. He called before arriving,. He arrived on time. He set up a work area and started tackling the most difficult part of my project, first, in a professional manner. Though it was on a Saturday, and the weather was hot, he did not take a break or lunch, but continued, in the most professional manner, until the job was completed. He cleaned up the work area and loaded all trash onto his truck. Then he fully explained the operation of my new garage door opener and other featured of my new equipment.
